Mindful Songwriting – a retreat at Sharpham House, Devon
May 24, 2027 @ 4:00 pm - May 28, 2027 @ 11:00 am

with Reg Meuross, Katie Whitehouse & folk duo Suthering.
Set within the peaceful surroundings of the Sharpham Estate, with views over the River Dart, this three-day songwriting retreat offers a rare chance to step away from the noise of everyday life and fully immerse yourself in your creative practice.
Hosted in alignment with the ethos of Sharpham Trust, the retreat invites you into a space rooted in mindfulness, compassion, and deep connection to nature. It’s a place where songs can emerge shaped by stillness, landscape, the history of place, and shared experience.
Whether you’re an experienced writer or just beginning, you’ll be supported by a team of deeply intuitive facilitators:
Reg Meuross – guiding songwriting craft, storytelling and song development
Katie Whitehouse – offering creative direction, mentoring and space-holding for your artistic voice
Suthering – leading a vocal/performance workshop
